Frequently asked questions

How much deposit do I need to secure a package?

Umrah packages are secured with a £250 per person deposit, and Hajj with £1,500 per person. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure, and we offer interest-free instalment plans on request.

Are your packages financially protected?

Yes. All flight-inclusive packages are Booking information under our licence, and your money is held in a client trust account until you travel.

Can I customise a package?

Almost every package can be adjusted, different hotels, longer stays, regional departures or land-only arrangements. Send us an enquiry and we will quote your exact preferences.

What documents do I need for an Umrah visa?

A passport valid for at least six months, a recent white-background photograph, proof of meningitis ACWY vaccination, and your confirmed hotel and flight details.

Can I perform Umrah on a tourist or transit visa?

Yes. Saudi tourist eVisas and qualifying transit visas now permit Umrah. We will advise which route is fastest for your nationality and residency status.

How long does visa processing take?

Umrah visas are typically issued within 3–5 working days once we hold your documents. Hajj visas follow the Nusuk allocation calendar.
